We proudly serve children ages 12 months and older
from 8am - 6pm, Monday through Friday, year-round.
Early Bird drop-offs (7a-8a) can be arranged at no additional cost.

Tuition includes a hot lunch made in-house, morning and afternoon snacks.

Enrollment Process
Admission to The Homegrown School's Day Program is open to all children aged 12 months (independent sitters) to 6 years, regardless of race, gender, color, religion, origin or orientation.
Though we are regularly on a waitlist for all age groups, the following steps outline our general enrollment process in the event a space is offered to your family.

STEP 1:
Submit your Tour Request or Add your child to the wait list.
If you are interested in possibly enrolling your child in our program within the next 60 days, please submit a Tour Request (under the Enrollment tab). For enrollments more than 60 days out, please sign up directly on our wait list to secure your place in line for call backs. We will contact you as soon as an opening becomes available.
Due to the small capacity of our operation, we do not experience the high turnover of bigger centers so we cannot guarantee openings.
STEP 2:
Interview and Tour
Once we foresee an opening, we will reach out to families to schedule phone interviews to discuss your child's specific needs, review important information about the program and schedule a tour.

We strongly recommend families visit any child care center they are considering prior to enrolling; however, due to our limited availability for tours, we only schedule families who fit the needs of the space we have available in the order they were added to the wait list.
We understand it seems counterintuitive to join a waitlist without having seen the premises, but we invite you to learn more about how our admin works to have a better understanding of why we don't schedule daily tours. Please visit our Waitlist page as well for more details.

Your child must accompany you on the tour so they can meet our team and other children, see the place for themselves and get a feel for some of the activities we offer.
Please be advised we do not schedule multiple tours for a single family- we encourage you to bring anyone who is part of making the decision to enroll with you to tour. "Trial days" are not something we offer.

Generally, all interested families eligible for the available space will be interviewed; however, in certain circumstances the opening may be filled before all of the tours are completed.
STEP 3:
Submit an Admissions Application
Families that have toured have 48 hours to notify Homegrown of their intent to enroll. In order to reserve your child's space, an Admissions Application must be completed and submitted, along with the $200 enrollment fee. Spaces are held for a maximum of 30 days. Any fees paid are non-refundable and will be forfeited if the child does not begin care.

After the 48-hour window has passed, other prospective families will be offered the opening. At this point the available space will be filled on a "first come, first served" basis, depending on which family submits the enrollment items first.
STEP 4:
Complete your enrollment
Upon accepting the space and submitting your application and enrollment fee, your family will be added to our database and you will receive an email invitation to set up your parent profile.

Complete your child's enrollment by ensuring all required documents are submitted (immunization records, health statements, infant care plan) and that all parents' profiles are set up. Your first month's invoice will be sent via our digital report program.

Get ready for your first day by reviewing our Parent Handbook and labeling all of your child's belongings accordingly!

We close annually for Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples’ Day, and Thanksgiving. Our Team takes seasonal breaks (one week closures) in the spring, the summer and the week between Christmas and New Year's Day.
