While a lack of immediate response is incredibly frustrating, we assure you we're not being dismissive! The Homegrown School is a small operation that is run by the founders who take an extremely personal approach to the daily operation in each and every classroom. We do not have a person staffed to receive calls, answer emails or update our social media.

We are our own Administrative Department, our own Directors, our own caregivers, our own animal tenders. We're also mothers and wives. 

Homegrown is an extension of our family and as such is our focus every day. 

While we wish we could freely visit with prospective families and share our love for what we do, there are simply not enough hours in the day to fairly respond to every inquiry we receive.  

 

Why operate like this? 

 We believe every family should have the opportunity to discuss their family's care needs and learn about Homegrown directly with our founders as we know our program best. 

We can determine whether or not a family is the right fit based on what we know our program has to offer at that moment. 

In our experiences as mothers with children in daycare, it was rare to see the Directors do much else but tour, answer emails and phone calls, stress about staffing and advertise. They could tell us nothing about our child's development without getting secondhand information from their assigned caregiver. 

Once enrolled, we offer personalized developmental assessments and plans and strive to keep open daily conversation with parents. We embrace the opportunity to be a part of your team in helping your little one grow.

Every child enrolled is THAT important to us.
